Dear Migros, please include Coca Cola Zero caffeine-free in your range (5dl bottles).
You look for them almost in vain and they are only available in the big Coop's. That would be great!

There isnt a significant amount of caffeine in a 12/16oz bottle (less than 100mg for sure). It may keep you slightly alert if you're trying to sleep but otherwise there are no calories associated (No real sugar) with it so it makes for a decent filler in between meals and tastes pretty good. Definitely a better idea than regular coke. But,it's not going to hurt you...but it's also not really going to help either, i drink 1 when i get hungry during the day with no food around to satisfy my appetite. i try to drink 2 bottles of water for every 1 that i drink of diet coke though.

I dont know HOW MANY times we have to go over it. As far as weight gain, it will NOT EFFECT YOU AT ALL. It has ZERO calories...bottomline.
Health wise, who knows, it has a bunch of artificial ingredients so no one really knows...
Water is the best, but DIET SODA WILL NOT MAKE YOU GAIN ANY FAT!!!

However, I have informed the relevant specialist department about your input, and I would recommend Pepsi Light without caffeine 1.5 L (item no. 120902100000) as an alternative.
