Bread quality / Light lumberjack bread

Brotqualität / Holzfällerbrot hell

Unfortunately, I have to write about bread again. Although so many customers have already complained, have done so again and again, have spoken to the people concerned directly in the store - still nothing has changed as far as the quality of the bread is concerned. This Saturday I wanted to try it again with a normal light-colored bread (in 9500 Wil SG) and hoped that all our objections would finally pay off. But unfortunately this was not the case. The light-colored lumberjack bread, for example, looked great, but after an hour it was rubbery and bad - the whole loaf was riddled with 3 large holes. It is therefore not possible to refine a loaf of bread with a spread, as the whole loaf simply consists of three large holes. It can't be that this problem still exists. Firstly, the rubber bread (unfortunately this is the case with everyone!) and then the holes in this bread (this is also the case with other breads!).
I would ask you to finally take this problem seriously and please don't make any justifications or nonsensical explanations. It really is up to Migros and the bakery to finally do something about this. Then this quality does not deserve the price and it is really pushing customers to other stores. Migros - you alone have it in your hands!

In my opinion, the bread from the Coop is even worse than that from the M branches without an in-house bakery. The big exception is the Fyrabig bread, but this is only available sporadically.

So not in 9532 Rickenbach. Ingenious breads

I much prefer to buy my bread at Coop

I think the Coop bread is terrible. Of all the supermarket breads, I still like the Migros one best. It's not about the flavor or the shape, preferences vary, I have the impression that it's more to do with the production method (perhaps also the raw materials?). The Migros in Tivoli Spreitenbach has some very good bread. I have the impression that they at least make certain breads fresh and don't use pre-made products. But I don't always want to travel halfway around the world to buy a loaf of bread.

If I still have time at all, I buy the bread in a bakery, but I usually order it online from the "Gsund" bakery, as it saves me a lot of time and I am always satisfied with the quality. Online shopping doesn't stop at bread and co. these days ;)
