Couldn't Migros also make a type of Branchli without hazelnuts or almonds in it? For example, I don't understand why the new Branchli with cornflakes also have to have nuts in them. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to hazelnuts!

Hi Pixal
I am happy to pass on this suggestion. You are certainly not alone with this allergy. I'll pass your suggestion on to the people responsible for the Branchli - perhaps there really will soon be a suitable alternative.
Kind regards
Tanja

Hello Pixal
Unfortunately, I don't have any good news for you in this regard: For technical production reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to produce Schoggistängeli without nuts or traces of nuts.
However, the product managers have taken your request on board - I hope there will be other options at a later date.
Kind regards
Tanja
Hello Tanja,
Is there at least one variant with only traces of nuts?
I've been asked about this several times, but each time the request was just "taken up"
"Traces of nuts" are not a problem. But nuts or almonds as a (quasi actively chosen) ingredient. That should actually be possible.
(or is the nut lobby behind this :-)

Hello everyone
I apologize for not getting back to you yet. I started the week off sick, so your question has been left unanswered.
However, I am now in the process of clarifying with the product range managers whether we have a corresponding Branchli variant in our range or whether there is a suitable alternative.
I'll get back to you as soon as I have more information.
Kind regards
Tanja

Hello everyone
Basically, nuts are a very central component and important flavor carrier in our Branchli. However, we have recently added an alternative to our range in the form of Cream Branches Milk, which may suit your taste. Are you already familiar with this variant?
Kind regards
Tanja

I was also looking for chocolate sticks without nuts today. The legendary Meranercake from Betty Bossy needs 6 pieces. Couldn't find any in Migros. Sprüngli has one in its range without nuts, certainly a treat but unfortunately too expensive for a cake at 2 francs. When will Migros follow suit? Greetings Claudia

Dear Tanja Unfortunately, the link to the Cream Branches Milk doesn't work... I haven't seen them on the shelves in the Migros stores where I shop. Did you mean these here: https://www.foodrepo.org/ch/products/12778?locale=en&status=all They contain pistachios and walnuts, if the information on this website is correct and if it is this Cream Branches Milk. I'm not allergic to nuts, so I can't judge whether this is an alternative for nut allergy sufferers (with pistachios and walnuts in it). As a non-nut allergy sufferer, I think the Migros Branches are simply the best (better than those from Cailler, Munz etc.). For me, like the cult iced tea, they are simply cult, cult Branches ;-) Ditto for the Branche chocolate croissant. best regards

I haven't found chocolate bars without nuts anywhere yet, neither at Migros, Coop, Lidl, Aldi or similar, nor at confectioners; practically all chocolate bars contain nuts (as M-Infoline said, they are an important flavor carrier). Perhaps there is a confectionery somewhere that produces Schoggistängeli without nuts? In the confectioneries where I treat myself from time to time, they only have chocolate bars with nuts.

Hello tellici, thank you for your message. Our Branches have a hazelnut cream filling. However, I would be happy to inform our chocolate department about your request. You might like the Noir Special. Best regards, Luisa
