That's great! When I was in Migros for the first time on a Thursday, I wanted to hand in the gift receipt for 2 points. The cashier told me that the receipt was not valid today anyway. I then made a forum post and described exactly this, the Thursday where the double points are already available.
A member got in touch with me and wrote to tell me that her Migros would then be offering quadruple points.
I checked again the next time I visited Migros. The cashier told me again that this was not possible. Strangely, I checked again and suddenly she asked the store manager, who told her that the voucher could be redeemed and that she would then receive 4 or even 7 times the points. Now all the cashiers in our Migros know.

You are wrong about the blue vouchers, they can be redeemed every day without loss!
Since the beginning of September 2013, the amount before deduction of the blue Cumulus vouchers has been the threshold value for calculating the bonus coupon.
The x-fold points are also calculated on the amount before deduction of the blue Cumulus vouchers. When paying with blue vouchers, however, the normal points will be deducted in the amount of the value of the blue vouchers (e.g. 20 points for a 20-franc voucher)
So, for Sfr. 200 with 14-fold = 2,800 points.
If you give four 20-franc vouchers, 80 points are deducted and you then receive 2,720 points.

Thank you for the information that this was changed in September 2013. I didn't realize that, how could I? Since I noticed years ago (2011 or 12) on a Thursday that the 2x points are calculated on the final amount, I have consistently avoided redeeming blue vouchers on multiple points days ever since.

It's been a while since these answers and I've just realized that a few things have probably changed. Among other things, I realized that 20x only means 19x:
Yesterday I had a purchase of Fr. 198.01. It was Thursday (I hadn't realized until today that there is no longer a double cumulus day :( and that explains yesterday's silence in the store) and I handed in blue cumulus vouchers for Fr. 195. In addition, I had 20x points for Fr. 2.80 worth of carrots. Now I have received 56,210 points. So 19 x 2.80 = 53.20 + 3 points for the remaining Fr. 3!
Now a more complicated example:
I made a purchase for Fr. 214.05, gave a 2x bonus coupon and a 5x receipt (entire assortment). Now I have bought blueberries for 5.50-1.55 action=3.95 with 20x points, then white cabbage (Fr. 2.60)+wheat (Fr. 3.20) with 20x points and have received points of 1'733.49. How can I explain this score? I didn't hand in any blue receipts and there are no exceptions. It's all food :)
In the meantime, I have no idea how to understand the Cumulus statement!
Are the following conclusions correct?
1. total amount for 1x applies after deduction of the blue Cumulus voucher
2. if it says 20 x, only calculate 19 x
3. if 2x + 5x = 6x, multiply the subtotal and then 1x with the total after deduction of the blue Cumulus vouchers

When Cumulus vouchers are deducted, the amount actually paid applies to the normal points.
Let me give you an example for your question.
Example: You make a purchase for CHF 100 and still have a 20x on Karrotten (CHF 3). Then you would receive points as follows: 1x normal points 100 + 3 x 19x (1x is already included in the normal points) 57 points results in a total of 157 points.
Same example, but the 5x coupon and a 2x coupon are added. Here 7x is calculated, as 1x is already included in the normal points. This results in a new points total of 757 points.
