I can't download the stories in the Sound Box. The PC detects the box correctly (as a USB speaker, and a new removable disk is visible) but the Download button remains greyed out all the time.
I can see from the German forum that I'm not the only one with this problem.
Does anyone have a solution?

On Windows 8 it doesn't work. But on XP it does.

I can't download the stories on Mac either. The button remains grayed out. Does anyone have any advice or a link to download the stories?

@Amandine1989: Look above, 2nd paragraph. There. there's a link to download all eleven stories. If it's for the Mac, Linux or Windows is irrelevant.
Then copy the 11 documents (M01.smp, ..., M11.smp) with a USB cable onto the sound box (if the box is recognized as an external disc - otherwise you have to exchange the box - at least in German-speaking Switzerland, there are boxes that don't work). Then place the figure on the box and listen to the story.
Does anyone understand how to load the twelfth story with Lulu. I can't find or open the .zip file from an iPad...
