What is this all about? The validity is clearly stated on the blue vouchers. My example: 1.9.2018 to 30.9.2020. That's how it used to be. Now the app suddenly says the voucher is valid until 31.8.2020? Is Migros hoping that a few have been overlooked or what? Even more vouchers were simply shortened by one month! Sorry, but that doesn't work at all.

Nope, we have another Cumulus card and it looks the same there. You should know for yourself whether you have technical problems. I'll look at it again in a few days.
@globinli You write that the blue vouchers are valid from "1.9.2018 to 30.9.2020". Are you absolutely sure? That would correspond to 25 months. Normally, however, the validity period is exactly 2 years, i.e. 24 months, which means that September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2020 would actually be correct.

Hello Nachtspalter The blue vouchers actually have a validity period of 25 months. For example, the blue vouchers sent out at the beginning of March 2020 are valid from 1.3.2020 to 31.3.2022. Best regards, Peter

@Nachtspalter, that would make perfect sense with the 24 months. But the fact is that the vouchers are written differently! And I expect this to be handled uniformly ;-) It always used to be displayed correctly @alle and Cumulus-Infoline: Have a look in your app or online. The vouchers are displayed there with a different expiration date. So it has nothing to do with the app or a fault. It must have been deliberately programmed that way!

@Yoliboli So that you can treat yourself to something you wouldn't otherwise buy? :-) And you can always see that with the redemption within the next few weeks: As soon as the vouchers are sent out, they are redeemed. Quite proudly when buying in bulk and even with a 2x voucher or higher. Completely pointless! Vouchers are deducted from the amount. This means that many people have not yet understood the system. :-D I myself redeem them very selectively. And that sometimes takes a while. Either way, the duration has to be right on paper and digitally!

Hello globinli Our IT department was able to find the error and from tomorrow the correct validity date should be displayed again on all vouchers. Please note: If you pay in Migros with blue vouchers, the amount of these vouchers will be deducted from the gross points amount, as you have already received points for this transaction before the vouchers are paid out. The calculation of Cumulus points for a purchase worth CHF 100.00 (CHF 20.00 paid with blue vouchers) and a 5x coupon is therefore as follows: 5 x 100 = 500 (gross points amount) 500 - 20 = 480 (net points amount, effective credit) It therefore does not matter whether you use the blue vouchers together with a multiple coupon or not.
