Unfortunately, I have just discovered that the first-class organic Chämischinken has changed massively for the worse after the change to a new recipe,
Before the change, this ham was not only great to look at, beautifully and discreetly streaked with fat and the small natural shape of the slices, but also had an absolutely unique smoky flavor.
Now they are large, shaped slices of cheap ham, with only fat on the lower side and the taste is now the standard taste of the cheapest ham patty.
I certainly wouldn't spend six to seven francs on a standard cheap ham. I can get the same cheap product in Lidl or Aldi for two to three francs.
No, Migros product designers, that was a 100% shot in the foot!
Top, traditional quality has been replaced by the cheapest standard.
Unfortunately, I'll have to look for another ham hock.
To be honest, I am extremely disappointed.
