There are new products in the store, but they are not yet listed here or they are listed but you can't rate them yet. e.g.
- Léger bitter orange confiture (available in the store, but not on Migipedia)
- Blévita Protein nature (is online, but cannot be rated)
Would it be possible for the new products to be released on Migipedia more quickly?

Thank you for your message. We have indeed had the problem for a few days that products that are new to the store cannot (yet) be rated on Migipedia. This has to do with the import of the new products. We are working hard to get the importer up and running again as soon as possible. Please be patient. I will reply here again when everything is running smoothly again.

And the new products are still not online! How is it possible that this is not happening faster? In the store, in the newspaper, they are on offer everywhere, but you still can't rate them.........

I understand your displeasure. I too wish that we had already solved the problem. Unfortunately, there is a problem with matching and importing new products, but it has been localized. Now we have to program the solution and put it online. Please be patient for a moment.

Hello everyone
Unfortunately, the problem still exists. Almost all products that were added to the range in July cannot yet be rated on Migipedia because the synchronization of different systems and databases is not running smoothly. Normally this happens every night. However, errors have been occurring during synchronization for some time now. We know what the problem is, but we are dependent on the support of various departments and teams to get the matter under control. I will keep you up to date.

I'm back after a long break. We ran the adjustment of our products from yesterday lunchtime until this morning. All our tests were successful. All products that are on Migipedia should now be rateable again. If you find one where this is not the case, please let me know the article number of the product here.
