Let me get this straight: When you get to the M-Connect page, are you still logged in? You then have to log out and log in again for the Migipedia login to work?
Can you send me the link to the page you land on when you try to log in?
That sounds really tedious and I'd be happy to pass it on to the technical team.

not quite, if I want to register on the www.migipedia.ch pages I end up as logged in on the www.m-connect.ch page and not as desired in here ?
That's no big deal. It is customary to use the bridges over the holidays to clean up the system. So small inconveniences can occur. Was also warned a few times when I clicked on "Community" that the site was no longer protected and "https" was shown crossed out. Investigated the problem, ended up at Lithium!
When you land on M-Connect logged in, you can continue as if nothing had happened. Nothing about log-out - log-in!
If it happens several times, maybe clear the cache once, because it is possible that there are incorrect or defective entries there!

Our technical department asks whether you regularly delete cookies as well as the cache. Have you done this recently and then tried again?
Did the login work normally in between?

yes clear cache is with me dailyand the last few times it usually went without problems or with a maximum of 1 failed attempt

Have you deleted your cookies recently? They could also be a reason why the login sometimes doesn't work properly.
It's strange that it's usually worked fine recently. Do you always use the same device and the same browser to log in?
