Dear Migipedia team, we have noticed that the frozen vegetables and aperitif products from Migros often freeze together into a real lump with ice crystals, i.e. the cold chain has probably been interrupted in the meantime (example: the new V-Love Schinkengipfeli and the summer vegetables in Migros Schweizerhof, bought last week). We usually notice this at the time of purchase when we touch the packet and shake it, for example, but when we need something, we sometimes buy it despite its poor quality. However, I am also unsure, as germs and bacteria can also develop. We have also noticed repeatedly and in various stores that frozen and chilled goods are left unrefrigerated by staff for a long time. Couldn't Migros give staff clear instructions so that cold chains are better maintained? Many thanks and happy holidays, "Twilight"
