It is a disgrace for Migros how it treats its employees throughout Switzerland. In 1975, Migros decided that no family or kinship favors would be granted. Today I find out that my daughter has been given a new contract for 80% if it doesn't fit, she won't have a job any more. The new team leader wants to take his people to the Wohlen branch. So all the others who have done their job for years !!!!! are nothing more. Cheap is the buzzword. The new kitchen language is Portuguese, at the checkout Albanian - so no problem. Nothing is cooked anymore, everything is delivered. Just putting it out is fine. Duttweiler hasn't noticed it yet, or has someone removed the mound that formed while turning?
These are my annoying experiences with Migros within a very short time. Aldi and Lidl have improved, pay better wages and adhere to the labor law, which Migros turns a deaf ear to.
I hope that maybe someone from Migros will get in touch with me (very small)
but I am also thinking about whether everything is right with the reduction in working hours or dismissal. And I'll take it to the Kassensturz.
Enough for today
I wish you all a good time
