I'm not quite sure if I've understood you correctly. So that we end up talking about the same thing: You are already a registered Cumulus member and would now like to register with famigros. Since you wrote to us here, you already have an M-Connect account, right?
You should normally be able to get here via the famigros homepage:https://famigros.migros.ch/de/mconnect/connect-cumulus-senior.html
--> there - as I'm looking at it on my monitor right now - your Cumulus number and your Cumulus password are requested (see screenshot below). Is there an additional field there that asks for a campaign code? Or where exactly does it appear?

I have also been trying to log in for about 2 months with an already registered Cumulus account. I always get the message: Registration not possible at the moment! This problem should definitely be addressed!

Thank you for your message. I've already forwarded the previous messages, I'm sorry you're having problems too. However, yours seems to be of a different nature. Could you tell me which operating system and browser you are using on the internet? Maybe that will help the specialists to find the error (because when I try it, it just doesn't happen).

Please try again later or contact the Cumulus-Infoline on 0848 85 0848 (Monday to Friday: 8.00 - 19.00 hrs 8 Rp./min., Saturday: 8.00 - 16.00 hrs 4 Rp./min.).
This is the error message.
I have also tried it with different internet browsers (Explorer and Mozilla).
I have the Windows 10 operating system

Have you ever phoned the Cumulus Infoline in this connection? My contact says that this is the best way to solve your problem, as follows:
1. you can reach the Cumulus Infoline on 0848 85 0848
2. it is ideal if you are actually at your computer at the time of the phone call so that you can go through the steps together and check the status of the customer account where the problem occurred.
3. you should also have your Cumulus number to hand and the e-mail address to which your M-Connect account is registered.
I hope that everything works again as it should! :)
