Sure, everyone is allowed to express their opinion. But I don't understand the point of demanding information from Migros about something that doesn't affect you? For example, I don't read and comment on articles that don't interest me. That would be a waste of time. And I'm basically against making demands, it's better to act myself. So why not just go to customer service with the stickers, then you'll know
Hi @ManuWu, Since there is rush hour traffic with huge traffic jams after 5pm, and I didn't even know if they still had stickers elsewhere, I didn't look any further for today.

Don't call the hotline I have never experienced anything so unfriendly on a hotline better ask customer service I was able to exchange the blue cards for new stickers very friendly and without problems
