=> So that people buy even more at Migros - and boost Migros' sales a little... Migros is probably trying to plug the summer vacation/summer slump with this mania...
It's a bit like the Panini soccer cards; you keep buying a pack (if you don't buy the entire collection/box right from the start) in the hope that it won't contain cards that you already have twice or three times over, but finally some that you don't have yet to complete the album... This is a pure marketing ploy by Migros; nagging children = annoyed parents = more sales for Migros, it's the same with every Mania...
"Can you also buy stickers? What happens if the child doesn't complete the campaign?"
=> It would be really nice if you could also buy these stickers; that way you could complete your collection and not have a disappointed/sad child at home whose collection/campaign is not complete...

The first purchase with the sticker promotion is a real stroke of luck. The children are already looking forward to it.
I think these stickers are free. You want to get the stickers full in the album and not get x stickers that you can neither swap nor use. Too bad!
Otherwise I think the campaign is great! The children find it very exciting!
