I read in the media about an interesting pilot in the large regions of Zurich and Bern - interesting because Migros assumes the risk of collecting the money and ensuring that the order is carried out correctly.

It is an extension of the neighborhood assistance, as is already done today for elderly and disabled neighbors, now simply at the risk of the deliverer and therefore one limits oneself to the essentials out of one's own interest in order to prevent incorrect deliveries, because understandably one cannot exchange/return without further ado.

However, I see 2 shortcomings in this actually good system for my group of people:
-- missing credit card of the customer
-- no PC with WLan at home and no smartphone of the customer for the app.
