Although I have saved the correct sales region in the app, not all promotions are listed. I don't think that's good, you should be able to rely on that. It can't be that one part is in the app, another part in the flyer (which isn't complete either - as it used to be!), and the rest in the magazine or even in the store............. In this day and age, it really should be possible to list the right promotions at the right locations.

Hello indios, thank you for your message. This should indeed not be the case. Could you let us know which products are not listed? We will then be happy to pass this on to the relevant department. Best regards, Noemi

Unfortunately, this happens very often. This time it's the apricots 1.5 kg, Fr. 4.95, beef entrecote IP Suisse, Fr. 4.95 / 100g. The Respeggt eggs Fr. 3.35 are in the brochure, in the newsletter on Sunday under "News", but they are not currently in the Migros app........ Or then it also happens that, for example, a product is in the app but not in the store............. and I always entered the correct point of sale........ Unfortunately, you simply can't rely on it (as you can't rely on availability either!!! See my article) and in this day and age it is simply a must that it works. Otherwise it's better to leave it out completely.......

The Respeggt eggs and Selection Macarons, which are currently being advertised online and in the Migros magazine (https://produkte.migros.ch/angebote/selection-macarons-1644704?region=gmzh; https://produkte.migros.ch/angebote/respeggt-schweizer-eier-aus-freilandhaltung-1728362?region=gmzh), are not available in a number of larger stores in Zurich, neither are these products marked on the shelves nor do the staff know about them. I was told today that this was a printing error in the Migros magazine, I must have mixed something up... As a customer, I felt like I'd been taken for a ride; the Migros magazine says one thing, the staff say another, online it says yet another. For example, you can't even look online under store locator to see where there are macarons (I checked a few stores and the same thing everywhere, no macarons far and wide, the staff don't know anything; then I just buy my 12-pack of Gourmet Macarons at Aldi for Fr. 4.99; and they even have a Summer Edition in addition to the "normal" edition). And the information on the website about the Respeggt eggs is not correct if you look under store search (online it says the store has x number of them, in the store itself there is not even a label on the egg rack, let alone are these eggs available in the rack).
If, for whatever reason, it is not possible to display the correct number of these products in the respective stores online (you could, for example, link the stock of the respective store, which is certainly recorded digitally, to www.migros.ch or program the software accordingly, this would certainly be technically feasible, other online stores also manage this), then you should at least be able to display those stores that actually stock these products.

Yes yes, it's not about that.......I am in contact with Migros.

I know that's not what this is about, or what you're talking about, but I'd like to say it here anyway... It doesn't just affect the app, it also affects migros.ch, the stores, the staff, etc.

🤫 🤭 🤗 I don't even have a "Schmaraphone", neither with nor without the 🙃 😉 app, I only look at the weekly promotions and new products on my PC and check what's new and what interests me to see if it's already available in the store, You can also see some things when you move through the store, can tell you/you, "even in the tasty, foreign province what you need, even with us there" 😂 🤣 😘 there are both macarons and the eggs mentioned. 😇 😈

I also only look at the promotions online (unfortunately all the promotions are never printed in full in the enclosed Migros magazine), no app. Believe me, if I want something from the promotions (such as the macarons or the Respeggt eggs), I literally tear the respective store apart looking for it, I find everything ;-) But it's not because I can't see/can't find it, it's because the store simply hasn't (yet) got the products (Selection Macarons) or only a few pieces that were quickly gone (Respeggt eggs). So you can see where Migros sets its priorities ;-) The tasty, foreign province, or rather where I live, seems to be more important than the big city ;-) That's the way it should be ;-) I think I'd like to join you there ;-) Joking aside. Probably depends on the respective cooperative or the supply chain, perhaps also on the respective stores (ordering process), etc.

This has nothing to do with the topic, but I have to get it off my chest anyway: I think it's brilliant that Migros (like Coop with the eggs from dual-purpose hens) has finally included Respeggt eggs in its range. I hope they stay permanently; it would be best to throw all other eggs out of the range, this unspeakable senseless death of chicks really has to stop. I am willing to pay the higher price for the Respeggt eggs.
