I am posting this complaint here because cembra money bank does not behave in a customer-oriented manner.
The process of charging reminder fees is not customer-oriented. After years I missed a payment deadline by 3 days. I noticed the mistake myself and paid the bill immediately. I only received a reminder the next day. Nevertheless, I was charged a reminder fee. In addition, an interest rate is charged for an entire month and not the missed invoice days. Under these circumstances, I will refrain from using my migros master card in future and use my Supercard from Coop instead. Thank you very much.
