pwilms, why are you attacking the staff at this store like that? It's definitely NOT down to the staff, but you should report it to the big bosses, who are SAVING on staff!!!
It's the same everywhere, fewer and fewer staff to save money, but the staff have to do double or even triple the work!!!!! Where is this leading? 20 or even 10 years ago, the word "bornout" was unknown and nowadays every second person is affected?????
So please, do NOT attack the staff, but the big bosses who always want more and more and the staff are the ones who bear the brunt.........

So I also made a mistake and took the whole thing seriously.

Now I'm at least a bit "smarter" about this and in future I'll take a closer look/google the date and the "additions" and only then (if at all) write a comment.
