Hello @Indios : I can only support your objection - the validity period is far too short - especially at the moment, when there are no interesting offers for a PREFERRED bulk purchase. I was in the same situation today with a 9-fold receipt : On the one hand I have to delay it, i.e. today I was at the self-checkout counter with goods worth CHF 30 and had to split them up, i.e. complete the first purchase at CHF 17 and then make a second purchase for CHF 13 and this only in order not to receive the 9-fold now because the next ORDINARY bulk purchase would not be until then.i.e. I had to complete the first purchase at CHF 17 and then make a second purchase for CHF 13 and this only in order not to receive the 9-fold already now, because the next ORDINARY bulk purchase is not due for another 10 days. on the other hand, I would have received a club voucher for a purchase of CHF 20 or more for my grandchild at CHF 30.... It was just a strange and illogical situation!

Please read my request again. The validity of the vouchers of only 1 week is far too short (they are never valid for longer than 1 week!). For example, I make a purchase today and redeem the 6x Cumulus vouchers, for which I made an extra large purchase. Then, when I pay, I get the 9x Cumulus vouchers, valid for 1 week. I can't make another big purchase within 1 week! So please just make the vouchers valid for longer. Anything else is a scam and mean of Migros.

My wife Annelore received 3x vouchers TODAY.3.2023, one is valid from 1.3. to 6.3.2023 !!! (The other from 7.3. to 13.3.) So customer-friendly ........

Best Sofia, and all M management: My wife received some 3x vouchers yesterday 2.3.2023, one is valid from 1.3. to 6.3.2023 ! So sent at least two days too late, with an already extremely short validity. And that wasn't the first time. Not customer-friendly.

I received my Cumulus mail in my mailbox on February 28. So it seems that it was sent out on time, but distributed too late for you. The coupons are also available online in the Cumulus account and in the Migros app for activation. And since you can write here, it seems that you at least have a computer. And you know that new coupons are issued on March 1.

It's not a scam by Migros, but pure intent or is their strategy to get customers to buy "unnecessary" things. The people in charge at Migros have probably realized that this "receipt system" works great (for Migros, not for the customers) and is also lucrative (for Migros). I believe that most customers are annoyed that they have been, to put it mildly... but then redeem these multiple vouchers anyway, because they are multiple point vouchers. So the calculation works out for Migros. It's pure sales psychology. If all customers stopped redeeming these vouchers, Migros would almost certainly change the system...

I'm beginning to wonder what this is all about and it seems to me that customers are being "abused" via their Cumulus purchase data as guinea pigs and for testing purposes... These 3x vouchers were previously valid from 1-15 and 16-31 (plus minus, depending on the number of calendar days); now suddenly they are only valid from 1-6 March and 7-13 March. Totally customer-unfriendly!

I only received a 3x points voucher, but it's valid from 1 to 13 March. In my opinion, this looks like a control group strategy once again. I'm curious to see whether there will be another multiple points voucher for the second half of the month, possibly only digital, or perhaps printed in the Migros magazine - I can't remember how long it's been since that was available...

At first I was also annoyed that the two vouchers are only valid for one week (I only received them on the 2nd, as I always shop in the morning, so they can only be redeemed on Friday). I can activate it on my PC, but I know people who have to rely on the post office because they don't have the internet or a mobile brain prosthesis. It would be customer-friendly if the vouchers valid from the 1st arrived on the last day of the previous month - but hey: Migros and customer-friendliness, that used to be the case... I suspect the vouchers are only valid in the first half of the month because, as in previous years, there is an Easter promotion with, among other things, a multiple voucher (2x/3x/5x) in each of the three weeks before the holidays. So get your pulse down first ;-)
