I buy it regularly in Wil SG. You definitely can't eat the rind.

I would like to come back to my request. The super fine Formaggella is currently very badly packaged again. It is very loose in the packaging and not airtight. It is also totally "wet" again and looks like a sponge. You have to unpack it immediately, you can't store it for a few days. It would be good if you could report this to the manufacturer. Thank you.

Hello indios, thank you for the message. Can you please provide us with the consumption data printed on the pack? Then the manufacturer can investigate. Thank you for your help and have a good start to the new week. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello indios, thank you very much for the data. We have reported this to the supplier and can give you the following feedback: The inspected items from the same production do not show these deviations. We suspect that the pack was leaking. Condensation can occur in damaged packs. Occasionally there may be items that are damaged during handling or are not sufficiently sealed during production. We are sorry that this article was able to be sold despite all checks. We have informed the departments involved and asked them to increase their attention in this regard. Thank you for letting us know. We would like to send you a small compensation. Please send us a private message with your address. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Thank you very much for your feedback. I would like to say the following: - it is not true that the other packs were OK. ALL the packs were like that - even this Tuesday, when I bought another one, it was like that again. Fortunately, I received a good one - the fault lies somewhere, because my packaging wasn't leaking at the time, otherwise it would have dripped out - so contact the manufacturer again, because it often happens. This was always one of the reasons why I didn't buy this great cheese. I would be very happy to send you my address. How does it work with a private message?

Hello indios, thank you for your feedback and your patience. We have discussed your comment again with the specialist department and the supplier. Thanks to our production checks on tightness and CO2/O2 content in the packaging, which we carry out periodically during all production runs, we can guarantee that there are no major deviations. These last checked parameters are compliant. When we talk about leaks, these are not leaks that would allow moisture to drip out. Such micro-leaks are difficult to see, but can lead to an aspect of leakage. This does not consistently affect the quality of the product and does not systematically mean that the modified atmosphere is not present. We will of course continue to keep an eye on your report. The remedy is on its way to you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The cheese sweats in the packaging, especially if it is packed too loosely. Should be changed.

We have forwarded your complaint to our supplier. They have determined that this is due to over-ripening of the raw material, which has led to intensive protolysis. In this case, protolysis causes the dough to "liquefy". This over-ripening does not pose a risk to the consumer. The consequences are of a sensory nature. The affected batch is no longer in stock and the current Formaggella are being checked. We wish you a sunny day. your M-Infoline Team
