Sorry folks. Why is there 5000000 types of yogurt and not a single salted butter in Migros Basel? If I search for "salted butter" in Migros, I get 544, in words five hundred and forty-four, hits and as an example 2 from the Do it section!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why don't you charge more for the plastic bags? People have to learn to think differently, 5 cents won't work.

Increasing the price is not expected to lead to a further significant reduction in consumption. It is also important to us to use a suitable range of bags for different occasions and purchase quantities. If plastic bags were to become more expensive, the difference to the price of paper bags would no longer be adequate (paper bags currently cost 30 centimes). If a paper bag were then chosen instead of a plastic bag for a small purchase and for single use, the environment would not be helped - on the contrary, more damage would be done to the environment, as paper bags are designed for multiple use and also have an environmental impact.
