Why is the salt not offered in a metal can and instead in a bag + carton?
Hello Aleks_Matic, thank you for your inquiry. We are pleased that you are interested in the product! The Flor de Sal has a certain amount of residual moisture. This should be preserved, which is why we chose the bag. A metal tin is also much more energy-intensive to produce than plastic film. Dear Migros, in my store I can find the two products "Natural" and "Mediterranea" from the Flor de Sal d'es Trenc brand. However, my absolute favorite salt is "Olivas Negras", which unfortunately I have not been able to find in any store so far. I brought it back with me from a vacation in Spain and have loved it ever since - as have my guests. Its taste rounds off the summer cuisine perfectly. It would be an absolute highlight if you also included this salt in your range. Thank you very much. clarice
