Assembly was easier than with the Billy shelf from IKEA :) Adjusting the height is very quiet and smooth. Programming the height buttons also works without any problems. Absolutely recommended!

Assembly is not rocket science and goes relatively smoothly. Adjusting the height works perfectly and I find the noise it makes relatively quiet, although not silent (I've never seen a silent height-adjustable desk either...). Programming the heights is also very easy. Unfortunately, the whole thing has one major drawback, and for me this is the walnut table top. It is extremely scratch-sensitive and you quickly notice that even light objects that don't have rounded edges immediately leave scratches. Turn the keyboard over once and brush something across the tabletop -> scratches. After a short time, you have a few scratches without even knowing where they came from, even though you go to great lengths to use coasters for everything and don't push anything. I think that's a great pity, after all it's a worktop and not a decorative item. So if you are looking for a desk where you can be a little more carefree, you should definitely not go for the walnut table top. It is possible that the other tops are more resistant, but unfortunately when I ordered my desk there were no comments here about the sensitive table top, otherwise I would probably not have ordered the desk with this table top.

I am very happy with the new desk. In my opinion, it is very convenient that I bought a height-adjustable desk. I can now use the desk standing up. I was very happy that the desk was put together for me. Very nice delivery service and quick processing of the assembly.

Order placed on 24.01.2021, order received on April 31... So the product became a running joke in the family because of the eternal delay until delivery... "The desk comes when home office duty falls." The assembly was relatively easy, even if, from my point of view, aspects such as the position of the supports on the underside of the top were inaccurately explained. The motor works cleanly, although not silently as described. In my opinion, the top is the biggest mishap of the product. It cannot withstand anything and leaves marks at the slightest rough touch. Due to the high load capacity, I will be looking for an alternative as soon as the plate is too worn.

My long-awaited desk has finally arrived. The desk is a great product and could be installed without any problems or great effort. But it was a tale of woe before it even arrived. Order completed. 1 delivery delay, 2 delivery delays. We're talking 5 months. In the pandemic, I can understand that there can be delays in delivery because demand is far too high. But now to the real problem. Migros customer service. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Sorry, the incompetent people who work there and deal with customer concerns on the phone are a disgrace to this company. You can tell these people are poorly trained in the systems, competence = zero. I was told this several times. We can't say when the new delivery is because we can't see it in the system. So why do we need customer service? Unfortunately, they couldn't give me any information in the store either, as the goods were ordered online and they don't have access to online orders. If I hadn't needed the desk, I would have had to cancel it. I know that I no longer buy anything online from Migros so quickly. But I think you really need to take action.
