Everything was fine. Delivery went really well. The only downside was that we totally underestimated the effort involved in assembling it ourselves. One bar on the drawer bed was warped. Exchanged on site without any problems and got a replacement.

From order to delivery, everything went really well. Great bed!

A good product, the only downside is that a chipped piece arrived and having already mounted it they did not give me a refund, but sent the piece back which at this point changing it is almost impossible
