Flexa CLASSIC Kombibett

Unfortunately, we are very disappointed with the after-sale service. The slatted frame of the combi bed broke within a short time. The slatted frame was replaced, but without the screw set. I have already asked several times for the screws to be delivered, as the bed is unfortunately not usable as it is. I have been put off on the phone until now or suddenly nothing was found under the order number. I never received an answer by email. Very disappointing!

Easy to assemble, precise pre-drilling, beautiful bed. Disadvantage: operating instructions in several parts. The bed had already been assembled and the excess holes covered when I had to pick out these cover plugs for the side protection and remove the foot end again. This will certainly not happen to me again with the second bed (rookie mistake).

Very nice bed. We had it delivered and assembled by micasa.
