Product tip top, customer service miserable, waiting since 1.12.23 for an answer, because 3/4 fuse was not attached because it was not possible!!!!

The bed is very good. We wavered between this bed and an I**A bed, and are very happy to have spent a little more money. The assembly takes time (it took us about 3 hours), all the parts were there and everything fitted. However, I would recommend that two people assemble it, and perhaps watching the assembly videos on the net is helpful as preparation, because some of the instructions are ambiguous (in our opinion). It is a pity that the ladder is not attached as elegantly as the assembly of the bed in general. A big compliment to the Micasa store in Sihlcity, where I looked at the bed and then also picked it up. Incredibly friendly, helpful, always responded immediately to inquiries.

The bed is very nice and stable. Our son sleeps really well in his new bed. One point off unfortunately for the screws which were not nicely finished and the assembly, which took me over 3 days because I had to wait for new material. But the service was great. Thank you.

We bought the Flexa bed because it grows with us. Unfortunately, it is quite unstable as a loft bed. It wobbles noticeably and I don't exactly find that confidence-inspiring.
