ATTENTION
The configurator has a bug, you can order things that don't fit in the end.
Migros / Micasa then plays for time and the customer is probably "only to blame".
We've had a Flexa at home for over a month and it can't be used!
Customer service is "non-existent" and they are playing for time.
Can NOT recommend this product from this company!

Beautiful color, good quality and stable, my children are very satisfied
The delivery and assembly went smoothly. However, some of the screws ripped the wood a little with the cordless screwdriver. I spoke to the fitters about this and they said that the wood was too soft and therefore tore easily. For over 1000, I would have expected a little more. But the children really love the bed.
Delivery: The delivery itself was perfect! The delivery team called me shortly before arrival to say that they would be with us in a few minutes (so I could show my appreciation on the balcony ;-) ). Although only delivery to the stairwell had been ordered, the two suppliers even lifted the individual packages onto the balcony (mezzanine floor). Both suppliers, and I, wore a face mask. Assembly: The biggest problem during assembly was putting the beds on top of each other, i.e. the plastic connecting piece to the upper bed. The plastic connecting piece to the upper bed was curved inwards on the sides (concave), which was certainly great from a technical point of view as a "clamping effect", but it was almost impossible to assemble without special tools without damaging the wood...
Our solution was to lubricate everything with a little liquid soap and heat it with a hairdryer, then use a very small, fine flat screwdriver and a very flat iron rule to push between the wood and the plastic and press the whole thing in the direction of the tools so that the other side "almost jumps over by itself". The rest of the assembly was actually very simple and logical :-)... but time-consuming (approx. 6h) Two small details: 1. it would have been better for us if the assembly instructions had all been in the same package, as some of them were very crumpled and almost impossible to find in the boxes... 2. the grate is not clearly recognizable on the product description of the beds (Micasa support did not know which package the grate was in either). It would be useful/practical to mention this. => For our fellow readers: the slatted frame is in the same package as the bed frame, i.e. you insert the slats directly into the bed frame. All in all, a TOP product so far, which we can warmly recommend! Very sturdy and really worth the money! When comparing prices, you often forget how much time children spend in it... these are many hours... ...you don't save money on yourself either... so...
Fast and very friendly delivery. Everything was there. Children really enjoy the bed. Service team delivered to the house with a mask. In our opinion, the mask would not have been necessary, it only hinders the poor people at work and causes a lack of oxygen.
Dear Micasa Team I am writing this review because I am dissatisfied with Micasa's SERVICE. 1) the assembly service was unsatisfactory because the assembly instructions were not provided. Action for Micasa: please send us assembly instructions if we want to disassemble the bed. 2) the assembly service was unsatisfactory because the supplied Flexa spare parts / tool 4033-005 was not provided.
We found some of them under the bed on the floor after assembly... Action for Micasa: please send us the Flexa spare parts / tool 4033-005 supplied if we want to disassemble the bed. 3) the assembly service was unsatisfactory because the service technicians did NOT wear a COVID-19 protective mask. The assembly took 3 ½ hours. And none of the 3 service technicians had a mask on, not even at the beginning, in our toilet and at HANDOVER! The Micasa fitters were even surprised that we were wearing a mask and ignored our recommendation to wear a mask! At the handover protocol, the distance was approx. 30 CM, which provoked me to speed up the handover, which was extremely unpleasant and simply unprofessional! 4) The installation service was unsatisfactory because the service technicians asked us at the beginning what was in the boxes, what was to be installed and whether we had photos of what was to be installed. This was very irritating because it did not demonstrate customer-oriented competence. 5) The installation service was unsatisfactory because the service technicians left the front door open for 2 hours on a winter's day. Our neighbors drew our attention to this. Many thanks to the G. family.
