I used to buy this "home-baked meatloaf" a lot. It's actually too much on its own, but once prepared you can warm it up or eat it cold. Compared to the earlier ones I remember, it is slightly milder but with the same airiness. I have also noticed that less of the liquid that I empty out accumulates in the baking dish.
