I've put glides on all my furniture: these are the ones that hold up best with underfloor heating, and they enable chairs to be moved without making a "screeching" noise or damaging the floor. As for the heaviest pieces of furniture, these glides (larger-diameter models) enable you to move them by yourself, without taking your back out. A little tip: for harder wood, pre-drill the wood before screwing on the glides to prevent the wood splitting in two (e.g. chair legs).
first top, after a few months flop the sliding layer is much too thin and detaches from the rubber base under load - a pity
glides on perfectly and is easy to attach.
