«Customers are generally disappointed with the product, expressing that the grill warps and becomes unusable after a few uses. Some also reported rusting issues. Although a few customers appreciated the design and the swift warranty handling, the overall sentiment is that the grill is overpriced for its quality.»

Unfortunately, we also discovered that the whole grill has warped/twisted and is no longer usable.... We had to dispose of it last week :-( Very annoying, considering the rather high price. Apart from that, I wouldn't have bought the grill otherwise either, because the beautiful decoration means that too much heat goes out the side instead of upwards.

Unfortunately, I have found that this barbecue fire pit warps far too quickly and too much despite correct handling. As I don't use it regularly, I only noticed this after a delay. This item is definitely not worth the price. What else can I expect from Migros in this respect?

The accompanying grill grate with swivel arm was already defective on delivery. (The bar of the grill does not hold) It has not yet been replaced. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the Cube so far. The Cube has survived the first fires without bending. I hope it stays that way.

We really like the design of the product and that's why we chose this grill. We have been using the product since January 2021. However, the grill has become increasingly bent and the cover can therefore no longer be fitted and it wobbles. The warranty was processed without any problems. We received the new grill today. However, I am now also undecided whether I should use it, as several customers have already reported the same problem (and Chauffeur has picked up the same grill with the same problem from another customer). I have therefore asked Migros whether there is a general problem here and whether we should consider exchanging the grill. We are now waiting for a reply from Migros ->In the meantime, we have received a reply from Migros. "The quality of the grill has improved". We are now using the new grill and hope to have many nice barbecue evenings. Kind regards P. Roos

Unfortunately very disappointed, great product but the quality is below all .... - after the first time I lit it, the cube bent completely and could no longer be used - I can give it a second star because the product was quickly replaced - but as the new product is exactly the same on the underside, I don't dare to light the fireplace properly again - I'm curious.

I am very disappointed with the product. The fireplace is completely deformed after the first use and is so badly out of diagonal that the CNS sheets no longer fit into the square. The operating instructions say that temperatures of over 300° can lead to permanent deformation. 300° is nothing for a fireplace, especially as my oven in the apartment can already withstand 300°. The fireplace is made of much too thin steel, and more is clearly to be expected for CHF 1000. Conclusion Product is overpriced and not to be used.

Unfortunately, the fireplace started to rust after a short time! It was outside under a covered forecourt. How can that be? For 1000.- I expect top quality! Otherwise it would be a great and beautiful fireplace.

We're closing the Do it Garden stores in Valais. We travel from the Valais to Crissier, because it's impossible to find any information about what's in stock, the exact weight, etc. We go to Crissier and are told: "I'd still like to see the item before I buy. We go to Crissier and are told: "I'd still like to see the item before I buy", that "no, it's not in stock", that "these items can only be delivered from Italy"... So we have to order an item costing over 1,400 francs, plus 98.00 to receive it, and if we don't like it, what do we do? I find this practice really simplistic and taking people for idiots... Give me the address in Italy, I'll come to Italy and if it's ok, I'll buy it without paying you a sales commission, since it doesn't exist. Have I made myself clear?

The distance from the combustion chamber to the grate is too great. grilling with charcoal (embers) is not possible. grilling with embers only became possible after the combustion chamber was raised with fireclay. the cover is again very good.
