What joy when the announcement of the new products arrived in my letterbox. I set off straight away - at last I can eat ravioli despite my lactose intolerance... To be on the safe side, I read the ingredients on the pack again and there it was, the question mark: "Raclette cheese" ???? And no mention of "lactose-free"? So again, nothing! How can you describe a product as "lactose-free" and then use "normal" raclette cheese as an ingredient in the ingredients? I don't get it... Hence the disappointment...

Where does it say raclette cheese? I read ricotta!
Furthermore, the article is aha! certified and on the SAS list!

Dear guest
Thank you for your interest.
The Anna's Best Fiori spinaci ricotta aha! (article: 1301.124) are both gluten and lactose free. The manufacture of the product and the product itself are tested and certified by an independent body. In addition, independent experts ensure that the product is suitable for allergy sufferers and that it delivers what the information promises. The production facility has a certified allergen management system and the products are constantly monitored.
The lactose in raclette cheese is completely broken down during the maturing process. Raclette cheese is therefore lactose-free. To avoid uncertainty in the future, this fact will be taken into account on the packaging (e.g. "Raclette cheese (naturally lactose-free)"). So nothing stands in the way of your enjoyment.
We wish you en Guete and a nice weekend. Your M-Infoline Team
