Rarely had such bad and tough meat. Next time I will buy from my butcher again.
I always buy this fondue chinoise, but the latest pack (600 g, for Christmas Eve) was subterranean. Every 3rd piece of meat tasted absolutely disgusting, like rotten meat.
I bought 2 packs, one was ok, the other was an inedible block of ice. I think it had been out of the freezer for a while and put back in. I had guests and my wife and I were very annoyed.
