Unfortunately, the spiciness overpowers the rest of the flavors! I also find the consistency a little too runny, so it's not really suitable for use as a dip.
Very liquid, rather sour, the kids didn't like it very much, we thought it was okay, wouldn't buy it again.

For me and my wife, the "salsa verde" - used as a dip - is too spicy. I also prefer a less liquid consistency. So it's less of an option for us.
The taste of the sauce is fine. I find it too spicy for the sauce to be described as mild. Unfortunately, it is a bit runny!
I know the Italian salsa verde used for bollito. The Mexican version goes well with lukewarm beans and corn chips, ideal for spicing up dishes, with a good spiciness and paprika flavor, pleasantly sweet and sour. But be careful: the salsa verde is best enjoyed cold or lukewarm.
Once warmed up, only the spiciness remains, the fine paprika notes disappear, unfortunately.
Not to our taste.
I was delighted with it. An all-rounder, goes well in salad dressings, with pasta or as a dip.
I miss a pinch of salt, but otherwise it met my taste
