Delicious spicy flavor. Ideal for marinades. Goes very well with bland dishes.
As spicy as I imagined it would be. So, exactly to my taste in that regard. Since my fish not only needs pepper but also a little salt, an adjustment in that direction would certainly not be wrong—even if too much salt is unhealthy.
This sauce tastes pretty good with pasta, a little cheese, and as pesto.
