The chimichurri is surprisingly good and I think it's a good alternative to pesto. Especially if you like it a little spicier. It goes well with meat but also with pasta or rice.

I think the sauce is very tasty with steak! However, I find the rating of the spiciness in comparison to the jalapenos misleading. These also have a medium heat rating, but I find the jalapenos much hotter.

Unfortunately not authentic at all. The vinegar taste is far too overpowering. A real chimichurri should smell of herbs, perhaps with a hint of garlic.
