I've tried chimichurri with pork or beef, and it's spicy and light at the same time. It goes great with both fried and grilled dishes. It's also excellent with fish or as an olive marinade.

Unfortunately, the CHIMICHURRI was not to my taste at all. Nor was it to my guests' taste! I think the packaging is very good and it looks very appealing.

It's a little spicy, but tolerable. You can use it instead of classic pesto to make bruschetta a little tastier and more unique.
