Hello, is it possible that this product cannot be enjoyed neat? I bought a 500 ml bottle to try it out. The stuff is so hot that it makes you sick. I gave it to 3 other people to test and they are all convinced that there is either a production error or that something else is wrong with the product. It was simply unbelievably spicy, even after the first sip. We then threw the rest away because it really wasn't edible.

Hello Bea_2, thank you very much for your feedback. Our specialist department has drawn a product sample from the relevant batch and tasted it. Both the aroma and taste were fine. Ginger Beer tastes spicy and the sharpness lingers a little. This is typical and comes from the ginger. It is possible that the bottle was damaged during transportation, making the product undrinkable. As we have not received any other complaints so far, we assume this is an isolated case.
