Can the dip be heated in the microwave? Cold it has a strange consistency and a strange artificial taste.
Hello patrickpeyer, thank you for your question. The dip is not intended to be heated. You can heat the sauce a little. However, it is similar to mayonnaise and too much heat can destroy the emulsion. We currently have cheese sauces to eat warm for pasta (e.g. Bon Chef Salsa per Pasta Formaggi) but not in dip form. Cold nacho cheese dip, now that's something weird, but nowhere near as weird as eating nachos with formaggio sauce for pasta..... Thanks for the answer anyway....
@M-Infoline: Well that's strange that you can't heat up a nacho cheese dipping sauce. But nowhere near as strange as recommending dipping nachos with a pasta sauce..... Thanks anyway....
Hello patrickpeyer, thank you for your feedback. As written, this sauce is mayo-like. It is therefore not intended for heating. The pasta sauce was not meant as an alternative - but we have added the product so that you understand what we mean and you can see that the product is not comparable to what you want.
