Hello miakatze05, thank you for your message. In view of your description, we understand why the product raised questions. Flawless quality is important to us. That's why it was important for us to follow up on your comment. The clarifications we made in this regard took a long time. We are sorry that we are only now getting back to you with news. Unfortunately, our investigations were unsuccessful. There were no signs of anomalies either in the samples we received or in the associated production documents. In view of these results, we are unable to explain the cause. The most obvious suspicion seems to us to be that the odor you described and the coarse grain size are due to natural variations in the raw materials used. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. As an immediate measure, we are tightening our controls. If necessary, we will take further precautions. We hope these lines help to clarify the situation. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I have been buying this cat sand for years and am very happy with it. But a few months ago I noticed that the sand is very strongly scented (like a perfume), strangely enough not every bag. But this is not good for the cats and sensitive cats can become so unclean. So please make it without fragrances again in future. Thank you!

hello! can the clumped residues of fatto plus be disposed of in the green waste?(green waste is incinerated in a hot-rotting process and used for district heating)
Hello cc2, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately no, in Switzerland the disposal of cat litter (any fecal residues) via the green waste collection is prohibited. The sand must therefore be disposed of in household waste. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Mimmoli, thank you for your reply. Your picture shows the Soft Sensation clumping from Fatto. This is no longer available in our range. The Fatto Plus clumping is a suitable alternative. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Price increase 10% Not so long ago the price was 6.80. Suddenly 7.50. Seems quite a lot at once!!!! And low dust is the exaggeration of the century!

Hello Schlaunzi, due to raw material shortages and procurement bottlenecks, there are currently price mark-ups. We compensate for normal exchange rate fluctuations and minor increases in raw material prices with a mixed calculation. However, if these costs rise steadily over a period of months or if procurement prices increase drastically, an adjustment is unavoidable. We often do not pass on the full price increase to the sales price. We assure you that we always examine such a measure carefully and only take it if there is no other option. We will pass on your information about the dust to our specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, Can you tell me if the "Fatto plus clumping" litter can be disposed of in the compost in my garden or if the dust treatment contains products that should not be disposed of in nature? Thank you
6 years ago
Hello @pralongr, If your cat is potentially in contact with other cats living outdoors or with wild animals, you need to be careful when handling its litter, especially for people with fragile immune systems and pregnant women. Cat feces can carry the toxoplasmosis parasite, which is dangerous for the fetus. The toxoplasmosis parasite can survive for up to a year in the wild. So: no litter in the compost. Best regards Frederica

Hello pralongr, Thank you very much for your inquiry. Even though our Fatto Plus litter is made of clay, we do not recommend throwing it into the compost. Best regards your M-Infoline team

Hello, in which country is this cat litter produced? Lg Ivan92

It says so on the packaging. On the old one on the left and the new one on the right at the bottom. They are not the same countries!

I now have specific details of the brand new "clumping". Since my wife passed away, I've been lucky that the cats only come to eat. I was able to retire the three litter boxes, but I still have litter that I can use as an oil binder, scent deterrent and moisture absorber - Old litter; Pays Bas (Netherlands) - New litter; Czech (Czech Republic) - Newest litter in packaging like the old one; Pays Bas (Netherlands)
