Hello grafdoris, thank you for your comment. Can you tell us the best-before date and the adjacent lot number of your packaging? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Has only the packaging been changed or has the recipe also been adjusted? In my opinion, they no longer taste as good as they used to. What a pity.

Hello giuliia_, thank you very much for your contribution. Nothing has been changed in the recipe for these Fasnachtschüechli. Only the packaging has been given a new design. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Everyone who has eaten Migros Chüechli tells me: Yes, they taste different... I've even bought different batches, none of them as good as before the change:(

Hello Would it be possible to produce a Fasnachtschüechli for our people that does not contain alcohol (Kirsch)? I think the sales figures would increase if it were advertised as such. Thank you very much for your quick reply.

Some want it vegan, without alcohol, organic, in different sizes, without a lot of powdered sugar, no wonder Migros complains, too little space on the shelf, if the Fasnachtschüechli should also be offered in 10 variants.

Hello Momo008, thank you for your inquiry. We have been making Fasnachtschüechli using a tried-and-tested recipe with kirsch for over 60 years. The alcohol acts as a flavor carrier. The current composition is unique in its kind and is very popular, which is why we don't want to do without the ingredient. In addition, your suggestion would not be feasible from a production point of view because we could not rule out mixing. We hope these lines are informative for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Would it also be possible to make Fasnachtschüechli vegan?

Hello Lilana, thank you very much for your input, we will be happy to consider your suggestion. The traditional Fasnachtschüechli contains both egg and dairy ingredients. Replacing these with a suitable vegan alternative is a major challenge, both in technological and sensory terms. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

From when. Will they be available again?

As soon as you see them in the store.

Hello Fasnachtschuechli, thank you for your interest. The product contains alcohol (kirsch) and the following ingredients of animal origin: whole egg, egg white powder and yoghurt. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Last year we were already of the opinion that something had been changed in the recipe or the production process compared to the past (...when they were still the best!). This has also been confirmed this year. The Chüechli are less crispy, the taste is not really fresh and the powdered sugar has a different consistency. In any case, the quality is definitely worse than back then.

I agree with you. The Fanachtschüechli used to be the best. They've been darker for about 2 years now, the powdered sugar is much firmer and they taste kind of "old" in the mouth.

Hello stiha, Thank you for your comment and we assure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure that only flawless quality is sold. We are constantly working on our processes and are therefore happy to receive any feedback from our customers. No changes have been made to the Fasnachtschüechli recipe. The unique recipe contributes to the fact that this item is one of our best-selling products. That's why we take the utmost care during production and ensure consistent quality. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Sorry m-infoline. we bought chüechli last week and are of the opinion that they are horrible when they are new. i won't be buying any more for the time being.

But it is strange that several users write that the Fasnachtschüechli taste strange, but Migros denies having changed anything in the recipe 🤔 I don't buy any more in Migros either, the taste is no longer like it used to be 👎

Hello affentrangen, can you tell us in more detail what was wrong with the product? If you still have the packaging, please provide us with the lot number and the best-before date. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, it seems to me that the Fasnachtschüechli are getting smaller in diameter every year. Is that the case? What about the recipe - has it been changed?

Hello jajajaja, thank you for your message. We can assure you that we have not changed the recipe or the size. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

They also seem smaller to me and their taste is different 😔

Eggs from barn eggs, produced with imported soy, factory farming, climate crisis, egg shortage. Dear Migros, when will there be a vegan version?

Exactly, vegan is so much less harmful 😂

Edited

Yes, it is indeed much less harmful. Why don't you inform yourself before you write stupid comments here?

Hello Adrian7, thank you for your message. We would also like to offer only products that are made exclusively with free-range eggs. Unfortunately, not all customers are prepared to pay a higher price for this. We would also like to meet their needs. The barn eggs meet higher standards than eggs contained in comparable products from abroad. The laying hens live in barns with daylight where they can move around freely. Great importance is attached to cleanliness and hygiene. The same applies to facilities that comply with regulations and allow the animals to behave naturally. We do not currently have any vegan options planned, but we will be happy to look into this. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
