As Frederica has already correctly pointed out, peas must be heated before consumption. Heat treatment is always necessary with frozen peas, they are unsuitable as raw food. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are the 500g peas not from Switzerland and the 750g are? Or is it because they are extra fine? I'm always surprised when the large pack bears the Swiss cross and the small one doesn't.
Hello Bluechristal, thank you for your question. The garden peas are grown especially for our needs by our own industry. For the extra-fine peas, however, we need a lot more produce. Our demand in Switzerland is currently not covered. In addition, the further north the peas are grown, the less mealy they are. We regularly check our range for taste and availability.
