Good and practical
Very practical for dosing as you like, adding tarts to soups, for a papet vaudois.
Unfortunately not as good as it used to be when it was still in the old packaging and I don't think the recipe is the same either
I used to find them very good...when I last bought them, the leeks were not cooked, so we had the impression of eating them raw...
I was very surprised by the change, when all you have to do is thaw and heat it.
PERFECT for a variety of dishes (pie, papet and even soup).
I love this leek! And I think it's SUPER that it also comes from Switzerland!
Versatile and hardly needs to be seasoned
Delicious, too bad there are no larger packs of it.
Very good price/quality ratio. Can also be stored very well for unexpected, hungry visitors.
