The Asia mix is delivered in containers placed on blue-painted pallets. When tipping onto the filling line, improper handling can cause the pallets to splinter. As a result, the splinter could end up on the production line and ultimately in the end product. However, entry directly from the field cannot be ruled out either. Unfortunately, it is not possible to detect such pieces on the line. The employees concerned have been made aware of the need to check the goods and pallets carefully when tipping.
