Dear Migros, My son (4 years old) and I are always arguing about who can have the last Farmer Yoghurt Wild Berries, as we both think it's so delicious :-) Is it possible to buy the yogurt without the berry mix and which one is it exactly? Thank you

Hi Tutut, unfortunately you can't buy the yogurt separately. But maybe the Excellence Nature comes close to "your" yogurt? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I really like these Farmer yogurts - but I still don't think the spoons are ideal. They are too short and collapse easily, two disadvantages that become apparent when spooning out the yoghurt at the end. You have to be extremely careful that the spoon doesn't suddenly snap and you end up splashing yourself with yogurt.

Dear guest
We are delighted that our Farmer's Yoghurt Wild Berries tastes so good.
We have clarified with our supplier whether there is a possibility for improvement. We have been informed that such spoons are used for this type of product throughout Europe.
Nevertheless, it is important to us that our customers are satisfied. We will therefore continue to try to optimize the spoon together with our supplier.
We hope this information helps you and wish you a wonderful winter season.
See you soon in your Migros!
Best regards from the M-Infoline team

I wanted to eat the yoghurt this morning with relish and cut the inside of the lip with the spoon. I have noticed this several times that you have to pull the spoon carefully out of your mouth without hurting yourself, but unfortunately it happened today. The edges of the spoon are simply not nicely rounded/polished.
But otherwise a super yogurt.
Dear Migros, I would be happy if you could send me a plaster. Thank you...
Greetings

Hello webez,
I have also noticed that the shape of the spoon is somewhat dangerous. I would therefore also be happy if the spoon had a slightly rounder shape.

Hello webez, Hello Rebecca07
We are very sorry to hear that you cut yourself on a spoonful of our Farmer yogurt. We have not yet received any complaints of this kind and are therefore very surprised by your message. We immediately contacted our supplier. Unfortunately, the spoon cannot be replaced by another one. Nevertheless, our supplier will inform his supplier about the incident and, if possible, arrange for the edges of the spoons to be rounded off more.
We hope that you can continue to enjoy the yoghurt in the future! Your M-Infoline Team

The amount of yogurt never and always corresponds to the weight of 225 g. And then there is the fact that when the refrigerated counter is filled by pouring (the staff have the order to do this) the refrigerated counter looks as if a bomb has hit it on the one hand and on the other hand that the muesli cups on the Farmer yoghurts come off and lie loose in the box....
In short, the price of CHF 1.95 is too high for the amount of muesli and yogurt and environmental protection is neglected because three packaging units (foil from the yogurt cup, foil from the muesli top and the plastic spoon) unfortunately promote littering more than this does not happen... The Migros strategists have thought nothing of this

Dear guest
Unfortunately, we do not understand exactly what you mean by pouring when filling the refrigerated counter. The Farmer yogurts are placed in the chiller cabinet and not poured. It can happen that certain yogurts lose the top cup, but this has never happened in our tests.
The contents weigh 225g (yoghurt and muesli) and are weighed before the products leave the production plant, so any deviation would be detected. As the cup is not completely filled, it may appear that it contains less than 225g. However, the space is needed to be able to mix the muesli into the yoghurt.
The Top Cup packaging is state of the art for convenience products. A spoon has been integrated so that the yoghurt can be consumed immediately after purchase. For production reasons, there is currently no other option than to produce the packaging in several parts.

According to the Migros Bläuacker in Köniz, the staff are authorized not to place the yoghurt pots individually in the refrigerated counter but to pour the containers "upside down"..... all clear now?

Hello guest
It is correct that the store employees are allowed to pour the cups into the separate refrigerated counters. However, the cups must be presented upright in the normal chiller cabinet.
We will review the presentation with our specialist advisors and adjust it if necessary.
Best regards
