Crispy texture
Instead of cornflakes, it contains corn grits, which are very hard and unpleasant to bite into, making the bar inedible for me.
The consistency is good and the taste is heading in the right direction, but these things are so sweet that you can only eat half of them at most.
It used to be my favorite farmer's cheese, but I was very surprised and disappointed to find that it no longer tastes the same. I later discovered that the recipe had been changed to make it vegan. It really isn't good anymore.
These corn flakes are very good. Not too sweet. Great as a snack to take with you.
