In 2021, the sugar content of this standard wild berry variant was reduced. Only I miss the reduced sugar (light red/pink) bag variant!!! Is there a substitute?

Hello Farmer, I was happy to discuss your request with the specialist department. They have informed us that we have long since removed the product you were looking for (Farmer Croc Wild Berry Fit & Crunchy) from our range. Unfortunately, it was not as popular with all our customers as it was with you. I understand you - it's hard to let go of a cherished product. Our specialist department has been informed that you miss this variant and would like it back. We don't currently have a 1:1 alternative in our range. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I loved this muesli so much as a child! I've recently got it back in the cupboard at home. Unfortunately, however, it is no longer what it used to be. I remember there used to be a little "puffed cereal" in it, which always floated on top of the milk and added a unique light crunchy taste. The croquant is also no longer the same as it used to be, the croquant in the muesli cups is much better! When did you change the recipe for the Farmer Müesli? For me, the new recipe is clearly a slightly more indulgent product. What was the reason for this? Cheaper production costs = more profit?

I personally don't think so.

Neither do I, I can't taste any difference to before. If anything has been changed at all.

By earlier I mean about 7+ years ago or more. In my opinion they have changed something about it, I mean you can see the difference between the croquant in the muesli and the croquant in the muesli cup with the naked eye, the croquant in the muesli cup is much more like the croquant of the past. Maybe it's just my gourmet nose or maybe it's the products in my region, I don't know.

Hello pipapo_2, thank you for your question. In the last 8 years or so, the only change we have made is a reduction in sugar (from 17 g/100 g to 15 g/100 g) in 2021. Otherwise, all other ingredients and this muesli are unchanged. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello sissi3, thank you very much for your follow-up. We would have liked more feedback like this! Unfortunately, the variant was not very popular throughout Switzerland. This is the reason why a return is not planned. We hope you'll find a new favorite in our range that you'll love just as much. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

why is the farmer croc wild berry muesli with 33 % less fat (light pink) no longer in the range?

Hello sissi3, we have removed Farmer Croc Wild Berry Fit & Crunchy from our range due to a reduction in the breakfast range. We understand you - it's hard to let go of a cherished product. With the targeted revision of the range, we want to meet the wishes of the majority of our customers as far as possible. We assure you that we will examine such a decision very carefully.

We do not currently have a 1:1 alternative in our range. However, you may like our Farmer Chocolate Muesli low fat or one of the two Farmer Plus products. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello, the forest berry muesli 33% fat-reduced is no longer available. This one is just too sweet and too firm for me.

Hello marin, we assume that you mean the "Farmer Croc Wild Berry Fit & Crunchy". This item was not so popular, so we no longer offer this product. Do you already know the Deliciously Ella Berry Granola ? It's sweetened with date syrup - you might like this one. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

My son and I are actually absolute fans of this müesli! However, I have the feeling that there have been more and more large lumps in the müesli in recent months, which is why I no longer like buying it (unfortunately). It's no longer pleasant to eat the müesli like this. I don't know what the situation is with the other müesli. Could we take a look at this? That would be great!

Hello Isidor_2, thank you for your message. We have followed up on your tip. However, no deviations from the standard could be found when checking retained samples. The production process is unchanged and we have not yet received any feedback of this kind. Should this happen again, you are welcome to send us photos via the contact form. We very much hope that you will like the product again in the future and apologize to you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

There are clearly deviations, otherwise I wouldn't have reported it! The lumps are getting bigger and bigger, making the müesli far too dry!

Hello Isidor_2, thank you for your question. We will be happy to look into it. Could you please let us know the expiration date and the lot number of the pack concerned? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Of course I can't do that anymore!

Hello Isidor_2, thank you for your contribution. We were happy to check with the specialist department again. There has been no change to the recipe or the manufacturing process. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

That's what everyone who has noticed changes has always said! The simple fact is that it is no longer the same, otherwise there wouldn't be so many complaints. Maybe the storage is different and there are lumps because of the heat or whatever. Anyway, I just don't buy it any more.

I've also been eating the müesli for years, but I haven't noticed that the lumps are getting bigger and bigger. There have always been differences from pack to pack, sometimes a little bigger, sometimes less big. Sometimes there are large pieces at the top of the bag, sometimes not. I never thought it was bad, I always crushed the really big lumps with a spoon.

What good is that if it doesn't bother you? The lumps can't be easily crushed and don't soften easily.

That shouldn't help you, maybe you're just a little fussy, which everyone can be. Maybe you can find another berry snack muesli with smaller pieces in the M range. Good luck for the future

What are these new undefinable sticky fruits in this muesli? Was always our favorite until now, unfortunately not anymore, we are looking for another one. If these fruits are removed again, we will gladly buy it again.

Hello Mirgrosmagazine, thank you for your question. The recipe is still unchanged. We take your comment seriously and would like to follow up on it. May we ask you to contact us via the contact form (https://www.migros.ch/de/services/kundendienst/infoline/kontakt.html)? It would be best if you could send us pictures showing the defect and state the best-before date and the lot number next to it. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
