Dear Migros, you say that Migros belongs to us, the cooperative members. If we are Migros owners, why do we have to beg for more than 2 years to get our beloved old recipe back and still nothing happens? Does a promise that does not relate to a single product count for more than the wishes of its own owners?
Hello mad728, thank you for your post. We are aware that we do not meet the tastes of all customers with the recipe adjustment. We regret this. However, no further changes are currently planned for this product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
The old recipe was really awesome, as a teenager it sent my blood sugar levels to the Matterhorn every time and I had to run 5 laps around the block to come down, otherwise I would have torn up the whole kitchen. This recipe is also delicious and certainly "a little" healthier, even if the sugar content is still high at 23%. But health is not the focus of such a gourmet product anyway. I am satisfied, a clear 5 star!

Dear Migros, this topic about the new recipe has been discussed and criticized for more than 2 years now. The answers to the questions are always the same, that the recipe has been slightly adapted. However, everyone already knows this, which is why there are discussions in the first place. The adjustments may have been made slightly, but they have a major impact on the taste! The fact that there is so much feedback about a single müesli means something and should not simply be ignored. Is it not possible to reverse this "small" adjustment?
Hi Tipsitapsi, thank you very much for your post. We are sorry that you no longer like our müesli. We are aware that we no longer satisfy the tastes of all our customers by adjusting the recipe. However, we do not plan to make any further adjustments at the moment - we ask for your understanding. We have passed on your feedback to the müesli department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros, couldn't you simply take this product out of the Generation M promise, make it edible again (according to the old and only recipe) and provide another product with a reduced sugar content to fill the gap? On average, that wouldn't get in the way of your trend towards a healthy and conscious diet, would it? You would make so many people in Switzerland happy!
Hello Schoggoflocks, thank you for your post. We are sorry that you no longer like our müesli. We are aware that we can no longer satisfy the tastes of all our customers by adjusting the recipe. However, we are not planning to make any further adjustments at the moment - we ask for your understanding. We will be happy to inform our müesli department about your feedback. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Could it be that you have tweaked the recipe again? I've been following this recipe discussion for months now, and have also removed the product itself from my shopping list, as I, like many others, used to like it much better. A week ago, I gave the muesli another chance, with the faint hope that something had finally changed... Maybe it's just my sense of taste that has been offended by longing....but it's actually edible again. However, these "buffer flakes" are still missing from the mixture. If you can add them again, it will be very close to the old recipe. So not much would be missing and the best muesli in the world could take its throne again...
Hello MigroChind, thank you for your feedback. No, we haven't changed anything in the recipe. We will be happy to pass on your suggestion to our müesli department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

It's a shame that you no longer want to change the recipe. The customer comments are clearly only negative since the change. The muesli is no longer edible as it is, much too hard. I have tried to find another "Schocomüesli", but in other stores, as well as specialty stores...nowhere have I found a muesli that tastes as good or doesn't make you sick after one pack. What a shame.
Hello Kiddy1 We are sorry that you no longer like the muesli. As the trend towards a healthy, conscious diet calls for a reduction in sugar, we have adapted the recipe accordingly and also made the Farmer Croc Schoggimüesli with less sugar. We have made a Generation M promise for this. Nevertheless, we hope you find a new müesli favorite! Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear M-Infoline Team Vim probably meant whether the old recipe that we are all eagerly waiting for is coming back. We all know that the Farmer Croc chocolate snack muesli is still in the range, but it just doesn't taste good any more (even with less sugar). Based on the many negative comments, I'm obviously not the only one who thinks so. So I would like to ask again, is there any hope for the old recipe? And I would also be interested to know whether sales of this muesli have increased or decreased? What are the reasons for bringing back the old recipe if there are so many complaints about the new recipe? If you are now saying again that the sugar content had to be reduced, as there is already a -50% low fat muesli, why are customers no longer allowed to decide for themselves how much sugar they eat? Thank you very much for your answers.
Hello, thank you for your contribution and sorry for the misunderstanding. No, we will not be returning to the old recipe for the time being. Of course, all customer reactions will be reported to our müesli department so that they can be checked, but at the moment we would like to wait and see. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any information on sales figures - thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello M-Infoline I am pleased to read that you have recognized the problem and are working on finding a solution. Has anything happened in this regard in the meantime? Will the beloved Farmer Croc chocolate muesli be back? Please say yes!
Hello vim, the Farmer Croc chocolate snack muesli is still available in our range. Only the recipe has been adjusted. It now contains 10 % less sugar. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros I refer to the reply to "FarmerLiebe" 6 months ago: I wonder what this picture of customer satisfaction regarding this product looks like in the meantime? Anything other than "not nice, dissatisfied, despair throughout Switzerland, hope and fighting spirit for reintroduction of the old" would be a lie. How much time must pass before the specialist department/Migros realizes how much the old recipe is missed?
Hello Schoggoflocks Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that you no longer like our Farmer Croc Chocolate Nibble Muesli as much as you used to. As you have noticed, we have already slightly adjusted the recipe some time ago. In response to the increasing public demand for sugar reduction in food, which we have also tied to a Generation M promise, we have reduced the sugar content of all our Farmer Croc mueslis. Farmer Croc Chocolate now contains 10% less sugar. This reduction in sugar means that the müesli tastes slightly less sweet and has a slightly crunchier texture. As sugar acts as a flavor enhancer, the flavor of other ingredients is also slightly reduced. We have recognized the problem and are currently looking for a solution. We therefore ask for your patience. Kind regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello Migros I just wonder how many bad comments and questions it will take before Migros finally realizes that the new Farmercroc is not just bad, but actually inedible? I know about the promise Migros made to Lieke, but maybe they should ask Lieke how she likes it - I don't think it tastes good!

With all due respect, nobody cares that Mirgos has made a "promise". We all want our old schoggimüesli back. Why can't Migros see that?
Hoi FarmerLiebe We understand that it is annoying when the taste you love is changed. However, we also take our promises seriously and ask for your understanding. Your feedback will always be forwarded to our specialist department so that they can get an idea of how much the old recipe is missed. Kind regards from your M-Infoline team
