Hello Nath747, are you really talking about Aha! Farmer wood berries? For these, there was a change of supplier some time ago. The recipe is similar but not identical. However, the nutritional values vary very little, partly because of the recipe and partly because slight differences can also result from other causes: natural variations, rounding differences, the analysis or calculation method chosen, measurement uncertainties, etc.
In our Farmer cereal bars, sugar or glucose-fructose syrup is necessary for technical production reasons (as a binding agent); without sugar(s), the product would not hold together in terms of texture. It is almost impossible to achieve the sugar content by reducing the amount of binding agent—the bar would no longer hold together and would dehydrate completely very quickly. But we remain vigilant! Unfortunately, we cannot provide any information about the flavoring used.
Best regards, Your M-Infoline team
