Hi Michi2000, the producer gives the Gold Kiwifruit an energy value of 224kJ (54kcal). It is therefore comparable to the energy content of conventional kiwis. However, we would like to point out that these are average values. The nutritional value is subject to natural fluctuations depending on the origin, time of harvest and degree of ripeness.
