Why does the packaging say 100 to 120 Tasen for 200 grams?

How many kcal does this coffee have per 100 grams of powder?
Hi Michi2000, according to the FDHA Ordinance on Food Information (LIV for short), coffee extract, soluble coffee extract, etc. are exempt from the mandatory nutrition declaration. Does this coffee really contain no caffeine?

When producing decaffeinated coffee, we adhere to the legal requirements set out in the FDHA Ordinance on Beverages. According to this ordinance, decaffeinated coffee (decaffeinated coffee) may have a maximum caffeine content of 0.1 percent by mass, based on dry matter, after roasting. Dear saranja, thank you for your inquiry! The coffee fence is decaffeinated with dichloromethane. This is the most common method. The green coffee is first checked by the manufacturer, as well as by us in the incoming goods department. After decaffeination, the caffeine content and residual solvent content of each batch is also analyzed.
