Hello - Is there no 1kg pack of this coffee? Unfortunately, I can only find 1kg packs for Exquisito Crema Mild or Extra Mild but not for this coffee bean. Can this really be the case?
Hello Conqui, unfortunately we do not currently offer the Exquisito Crema beans in the 1 kg pack. However, we would be happy to take your input on board. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Good day, dear Migros Until recently, the coffee was in an old packaging. It said: strength graph 3/5, this one 4/10... what has changed in the coffee? What is the difference in the strength graph? Thank you for the explanation
Hello pr0tein, thank you for your message. Nothing has been changed to the recipe, it is exactly the same coffee. We have only adapted the packaging. The scale has also been adjusted/unified across the entire range. But it is exactly the same coffee and therefore the same acidity. We hope our answer will help you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why is it not available ground?
Hello Kafioma, thank you for your question. This coffee is currently only available in whole beans. If you are interested in grinding the coffee, you will find a coffee grinder in some stores. The staff in the stores will be happy to help you if you have any questions about how to use it. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Back in August 2017, "Trish" and I asked "ueliro" in Nov 2018 why there is no 1kg pack of the fine Exqisito CREMA and also no promotional 3-pack. Would very much welcome this
Hello ueliro, thank you very much for your message. We are happy to take your request on board and will try to incorporate it into the next action planning and product range revision. We cannot promise anything. Nevertheless, we consider such feedback to be very valuable. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I am a great lover of home-brewed coffee with a filter system. Now I have accidentally bought the Exquisito CREMA for fully automatic coffee machines instead of the "normal" Exquisito for filter coffee. What is the difference between the two coffees (with or without CREMA)? Can the CREMA also be used as filter coffee? Greetings Andreas
Hello filter coffee fan, thank you for your message. There are only slight differences in the recipe. The biggest difference between the two varieties is the roast color. Exquisito Crema was developed with a slightly darker roast color especially for fully automatic machines. The normal Exquisito, on the other hand, has a slightly finer and more intense acidity. However, Exquisito Crema can be used without hesitation for filter machines. However, it will be slightly more intense on the filter machine than the normal Exquisito. Hello dear Migros, why has the packaging been changed for this coffee range? The new packaging is harder to open and the material always tears at the top (sticks together too tightly at the top). This makes it much more difficult to pour the coffee into the coffee machine. We really like the coffee, but the packaging is a real pain. Could you pass this on to the supplier so that it can be optimized? Thank you Trish
Hi Trish, thanks for your post. May I ask you to send us this packaging so that we can get an idea of it? Please send it to the following address or hand it in free of charge to Customer Service for forwarding: Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund, M-Infoline / Reference 20190605-0610, Limmatstrasse 152, 8031 Zurich. Please note our address and the reference number 20190605-0610 on the parcel. This will enable us to allocate the parcel quickly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello Trish, thank you for delivering the packaging. We clarified your request with our breakfast department and checked the sample. The film on the laminate is not strong enough, so it tears when opened. This makes it difficult to reseal. We assure you that this has no effect on the quality of the beans. It is best to transfer the beans to an airtight and lightproof container after opening. We are happy to inform you that we have developed a film with improved composite adhesion. We are also constantly improving the sealing process. However, for the sake of sustainability, we did not dispose of the previous film. The revised material will be used gradually. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
