Good morning, I have the same problem as Gerdi67 where I had stocked up on fabric softener and now find myself with the product thick and in fact unusable.

Thanks to the production data, we were able to accurately reconstruct the production process. However, the verification did not reveal any anomalies. Processing took place in 2022 in accordance with the predetermined guidelines. In light of these results, we can therefore rule out a general production error. However, considering the year of production, we suspect that the experiences described are related to storage. External influences such as heat or cold can change the consistency of the product. We therefore advise against exposing the fabric softener to temperature changes. As long as it can be poured into the washing machine, it can continue to be used. I love this fabric softener! But have you changed anything? It is so thick and stays behind in the dispensing compartment! I have already diluted it with water but it doesn't help! It's a real shame that my clothes no longer smell so great and are cuddly soft!

Hello M-Infoline team, unfortunately I no longer have the refill bag 🫣 I always store the washing and cleaning products in a cupboard in a cool room. So far I have never had any problems! Thank you very much for your quick reply 😊 Best regards Gerdi67
